Booking Policies
We know that there are a lot of options when it comes to tanning and spa services, but at Rising Sun Salon & Spa, we believe that we offer the best service in the industry. Our booking policies are designed to make your life easier, and we always do our best to accommodate your requests. We also strive to make the entire process as seamless and efficient as possible, so that you can get in, enjoy your treatment, and get back to your day feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Cancelation / Rescheduling
We respect our clients' time, and we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with a 48-hour notice, and we’ll be happy to work with you to find a convenient time for your visit. At our tanning salon & spa, we value our clients, and we are committed to providing them with exceptional service.
Deposits
At our tanning salon & spa, we require mandatory deposits on some of our services. This includes our eyebrow, lash, and lip services. We want to ensure that we reserve the time and resources needed to give each of our clients the best experience possible. Don't worry, our deposits are fully redeemable towards the cost of your service.
Late Policy
At our tanning salon & Spa, we value our clients’ time and want to provide the best possible service to everyone who comes through our doors. To do that, we have a clear late policy in place. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, you will be charged a $25 late fee, and if you’re more than 20 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment. Please arrive on time, and we’ll take care of the rest!
